These terms cover your use of TribeRise, an app where people join tribes, take on challenges, and attend classes with coaches and friends. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use TribeRise

You must be 16 or older. One account per person, with your real name or the name people know you by. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.

Tribes and tribe leaders

Anyone can start a tribe. Tribe leaders are responsible for their tribe: who they let in, the challenges, classes, videos and programs they offer, and what they post. TribeRise doesn't check or endorse the advice tribe leaders give.

Health and fitness

Challenges, classes and programs are for general wellbeing, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise, diet or fasting routine, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury. Stop and get help if something hurts or feels wrong. You take part at your own risk.

What you post

You own the messages, photos and videos you share. You let TribeRise store and show them to the people you share them with, so the app can work. Don't post anything that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing or violent, that shows someone without their permission, or that you don't have the rights to. Tribe leaders can remove messages and members; we can remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Free to join

Joining tribes and taking part is free, supported by sponsors. Tribe leaders start free and earn more live time and library space as their tribes grow. Some coaches may later offer paid classes, videos or programs; prices will always be shown before you pay.

Sponsors

Some challenges or Arcs may be sponsored by brands, and may offer rewards. Sponsored content is labelled. Rewards have their own rules, shown with the reward.

Changes and ending your account

TribeRise is new and will change. We may update these terms and will tell you in the app when we do. You can stop using TribeRise at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep TribeRise running and your data safe, but the app is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, TribeRise isn't liable for indirect losses, or for what tribe leaders or members say or do.
